Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Premium features until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data will be accurate or complete. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and inherently risky — past signal performance does not guarantee future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donamics Capital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Donamics Capital LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against Donamics Capital LLC.
